As part of these sessions, Carey-Ann, a Top 40 Under Forty Business Achievement Award Winner, works with individuals to help them realize their true potential and achieve results through her unique 'Whole Life Management System.' Sessions are customized based on the needs of the individual, but can focus on management-related skills such as effective delegation, relationship building, dealing with conflict and being appropriately assertive. Work-life balance can be addressed to help participants learn some techniques to bring more peace to all areas of their lives.
