The Unlimited Newsletter...
have you accomplished this year? This is a great time to take note of
the progress you have made in your life - both professionally and
personally. I know at times you may feel like you're spinning your
wheels and not going anywhere. This is why it is important to stop
right now, reflect and be proud of where you are in this moment.
another note, I have been approached by a TV producer, asking me to suggest Canadian women business owners who could benefit from a panel of business experts (which I may be a part of) to help make over their struggling businesses. Anyone interested in reviving your
business through this show can contact me directly at
I wish you all the best this holiday season and a happy new year!

What Is Coaching? How Might It Benefit Me Or My Organization?
receive a lot of calls from both corporate and individual clients who
have questions about coaching? What is coaching? How does it
work? What are the expected benefits? I also do quite a bit of work with
corporations around creating a coaching culture. So many corporate
leaders do not know how to coach or are too busy to coach their staff.
Recently, I wrote a column featured in CU Magazine about creating a
coaching culture at the organizational level. This article will be added to the 'Media' section of my web site coming soon!
But for those individuals interested in coaching, I have created a Q & A on coaching for you. Learn more about this...
Our Deepest Fear
deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, our deepest fear is that we
are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that
most frightens us. We ask ourselves,"Who am I to be brilliant gorgeous,
talented and fabulous?" Actually, who are you not to be?
are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There
is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel
insecure around you. We were born to manifest the glory that is within
us. And as we let our light shine, we unconsciously give others
permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our
presence automatically liberates others.
