Welcome to the
The Unlimited Newsletter...

As part of International Women's Day, celebrated on March 8, I wanted to do something special to recognize this date. I decided to send out my first ever women's only newsletter...so here it is!

I specialize in working with women in business to achieve their full potential, both on the job and in their lives outside of work. I don't think it is possible to fully compartmentalize the two areas for a long period of time without one impacting the other. I encourage each of you to be your authentic self in all areas of your life. Own You! There are special skills that only you bring to the world, so don't hide them away.

Enjoy the ride!

Carey-Ann Oestreicher
Chief Engagement Officer
Potential Unlimited

p.s. I will be speaking at the Women in Leadership and Business Conference in April at Niagara-on-the-Lake. If you are interested in attending, register using the promo code word POTENTIAL(as in Potential Unlimited!) and save $325 off the regular conference rate!

Why My 'Women In Leadership' Program is For You!

Woman Under a Glass Ceiling

Potential Unlimited's Women In Leadership Program is customized for each individual woman as it is a one-on-one coaching and mentoring program with CEO Carey-Ann Oestreicher. Issues that can be addressed in the sessions range from learning to better self-promote, effective delegation, relationship building with difficult bosses and colleagues, health and wellness as well as work-life balance.

As part of this program, there is an intimate group retreat held at the Red Mountain Resort destination fitness spa. This portion of the program focuses on stress management and helping women who are feeling 'stuck' in their lives. In my years as an executive, I have never seen a leadership program that addresses the increasing levels of stress that come with each promotion up the corporate ladder. How you cope, both personally and professionally, with this stress can make or break your career. As such, I decided to include this retreat as a crucial part of my Women in Leadership program.

The retreat and coaching addresses that feeling of being caught on a treadmill in life and not knowing how to get off! The aim of the retreat is to bring participants more peace in their lives while building healthier lifestyles that will help them go the distance in their careers.

HOW YOU WILL BENEFIT FROM THE PROGRAM
• Engage the natural born leader within you
• Feel like you are leading with more purpose
• Understand more about yourself as a person and a leader
• Achieve a greater sense of peace, happiness and overall well-being in your life
• Develop positive relationships with your staff
• Be an inspirational leader who is a role model to others
• Start to understand more about what you really want out of life and how to make it happen

Potential Unlimited's Women In Leadership is now being offered at a special promo rate. Learn more and sign up now!!

Motherhood Changes Everything.

Someone once said to me, 'There will never be a more difficult or more rewarding job in the world than being a Mom.' Now that I am a mother of two beautiful little girls, I see how true this statement is.

As I write this article, I reflect upon my night with two children up with colds, sleeping only from 5 a.m. to 6 a.m. until the alarm goes off and time to begin my 'work day' as an executive. Sometimes I wonder why I am doing everything I do. But, I do enjoy my job and and being a Mom, well...when a little girl with a runny nose comes over and plants a kiss on my cheek, I know there is no greater bonus than what I just received.
