For more than a decade, Carey-Ann Oestreicher, a Top 40 Under Forty Business Achievement Award recipient, has been working with clients around the world to help them realize their true potential and achieve results through her unique 'Whole Life Management System' of coaching.

The philosophy behind Carey-Ann’s coaching is that in business we can’t just look at one area of the company and grow it in isolation of the entire entity. So, when working with individuals to help them make effective shifts and truly grow, Carey-Ann looks at the interplay between many facets of the client’s leadership style and her/his life. Carey-Ann focuses on creating high-performance leaders who work in a sustainable way to go the distance in their careers.

Executive coaching packages include:

  • Learn about you. Learn about me.

    Initial phone call/meeting to discuss the client’s background as well as to learn more about the coaching process.

  • Welcome Package

    Potential Unlimited’s Executive Coaching ‘Welcome Package’ - including multiple assessments and questionnaires.

  • Discovery Session

    One, 1-hour and fifteen-minute ‘Discovery Session’ is a deep dive into the client’s profile. This time together sets the foundation for the entire coaching relationship.

  • A Chat With Your Leader

    A conversation between the coach and client’s leader to further inform the coaching process.

  • 360° Assessment

    360 Assessment of the client (choice of either 4-6 phone interviews conducted by Potential Unlimited and summary report OR the standardized online 360 Assessment with The Leadership Circle and debrief binder provided through Carey-Ann as a certified The Leadership Circle practitioner).

  • Customized Coaching Plan

    Coach leads the client through creating a customized coaching plan with measurable objectives.

  • Ongoing Coaching Sessions

    Eleven, fifty-minute coaching sessions.

  • Action Items to Achieve Goals

    Action items, as part of each session, are designed to help the client work towards achieving goals.

  • Progress Tracker

    Track progress at the half-way point to ensure client is set to achieve her/his leadership objectives.

  • Ongoing E-mail Support

    Ongoing e-mail support throughout the entire coaching program.

  • Final Evaluation

    Evaluation of coaching goals and the client’s leadership impact.
